Terms & Conditions

Overview

These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, including booking and engaging in scuba diving activities. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by these terms & conditions.

Reservations, Pricing, & Payments

• A 50% deposit per person is required at the time of booking for trips, packages, or courses. Deposit and final payment amounts may differ depending on the chosen package, as detailed in the pricing list. Please note that deposit payment does not guarantee booking confirmation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full three (03) days before the departure date or course start.
• We accept cash (preferred), bank transfers, or digital payment methods.
• For direct bank transfers, please note that any additional bank fees are the guest’s sole responsibility.
• All prices are listed in SGD.
• Gratuities are not included in the rates.
• By booking, you confirm that you have the authority to represent all individuals listed in the booking and that they accept these terms & conditions
• While we strive to fulfil each diver’s preferred dive sites, factors such as weather conditions, scheduling, and site availability may influence our final selection. We appreciate your understanding and will do our utmost to meet your requests.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Notify us promptly if you need to cancel.
• Cancellations made 7 days in advance receive a full deposit refund (minus bank fees).
• Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit but may reschedule within one year.
• Failure to sign the liability waiver will result in cancellation.
• Wrongfully declaration of medical conditions that results in a cancellation will result in a 100% forfeit of course fees.
• No refunds in partial or full will be issued for unused services, including land transport, meals, accommodations, activities, dives, equipment rentals, or missed sightseeing tours.

Health & Safety Requirements

• A medical questionnaire must be completed before any diving course.
• We may deny service to anyone we deem at risk.
• Follow all instructions from our dive professionals.
• Alcohol and drugs are prohibited before or during dives.
• Insurance is strongly recommended (travel, medical, and diving coverage).

Liability & Responsibility

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or death resulting from your participation in any diving activity.
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your participation in any diving activity.
• Personal belongings are your responsibility; we are not liable for loss or theft.
• Rented equipment must be returned in good condition. You will be charged for any damage and/or loss to the equipment provided.
